Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Stems of Colour.
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted by us.
Flowers & Product Availability
Flowers are natural, seasonal products and availability can change throughout the year. Images on our website are intended to provide a representation of the overall style, size and appearance of an arrangement.
Occasionally, a particular flower, foliage, container or decorative element may not be available. Where necessary, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions with an item of similar style, quality and value while maintaining the overall appearance and character of your chosen arrangement.
Natural variations in colour, size and appearance are part of the beauty of fresh flowers and are not considered faults.
Balloon & Bespoke Creations
Our balloon displays and other bespoke creations are made specifically for individual customers.
Colours, positioning and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website or supplied as inspiration. We will always aim to create a finished design that reflects the agreed style and colour palette as closely as reasonably possible.
Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where your statutory rights apply.
Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on the requested date; however, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically agreed with us.

Cancellations
Cancellation rights depend on the type of product ordered.
Fresh flowers and other perishable goods are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation period applicable to many online purchases. Bespoke and personalised goods may also be excluded.
Eligible non-perishable goods purchased online may be cancelled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
